We bought our first house in Opelika, Alabama, in the 1990’s. After restoring this home, we sensed a passion for transforming the broken places of our hometown. We began to buy one property at a time, sprucing them up, one paycheck at a time. We have developed a commitment to revitalizing the historic downtown area of Opelika. To date, we’ve revitalized over 150 properties in the surrounding twenty blocks of downtown Opelika. More than this, we have devoted our lives to providing hospitality to our community and providing excellent customer service to our tenants. This unique approach and our commitment to the community has resulted in strong business growth, making us one of the most respected and trusted local property management companies.
