This office space is located in Opelika's first bank building in Downtown and has convenient access to many shops, restaurants, and other amenities. Requires 2-year lease.

- Where can I fill out a commercial application?
Unfortunately, the application for our commercial properties is not available online at this time. We would be glad to provide you with an application via email (info(at)liveopelika.com) or fax, or you can visit our office to receive a copy of the application.

- What else is required for renting a commercial space?
Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. You will need to provide basic information about your business. We will also need a copy of driver’s license for all principals of the company. The following items will be required within the steps to follow:
Basic questionnaire about the business’s history and operations.
Banking and credit references are required.
If your business is a start-up, you will be required to submit a business plan with a minimum 3-year cash-flow projection and Pro-forma showing income and expenses.
All existing businesses will be required to submit Profit and Loss statements for all years in business or up to 3 years worth of financial data.
Names and social security numbers of all principals.
Commercial rental history questionnaire.
Authorization of credit report checks for both the company name within the application and the principals.

- What are your lease terms?
All commercial leases are for a minimum of 2 years.
